Chha K'dam Samot: Stir-Fry Seawater Crab

Ingredients
400g Crab
1/2 onion sliced
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
11/2 tbsp soybean sauce
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp black peper
parsley for garnishing
Method
wash the crabs thoroughly, split into two parts or quarter according to crab big or small.
Fry chopped garlic with oil in pen until good smell or golden then add crab into a pen and fry for more 5 minutes then add soybean sauce, black peper, salt, sugar and sliced onion and continue to fry until cooked. Take off from heat and replace in the plate, lastly, garnish with parsley leaves.
