300g beef (tenderionio)
2 onion
3 ripe tomatoes
1 white potato, sliced into vertical cube
5 garlic, chopped
50 g lettuce leave
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp s'mow! chha

Sauce: 
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp lime juice

Method
Wash lettuce leave thoroughly and arrange it onto the plate. Then slice onion in wedges and tomato in chip and follow on the lettuce leave.

Take while potato to deep-fry in pan over the heart with oil until golden or crunchy, then remove and put it one side of the plate and another slide for fried beef.

Cut beef in chess alike thumb and set aside. Brown the chopped garlic in a frying-pen over the heat until good smell then add slice beef and fry once done, next remove it on top of the onion and tomato. Sauce is made by finely ground black pepper, salt and lime juice.

This dish is served with steamed rice.
