1 whole young chicken (about 1 kg)
1 Canned bean
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soybean sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp m'sow! soup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
5 garlic clove
4 shallots, cut into quarter parsley leave
Method
Quarter chicken and marinate with salt, fish sauce, soybean, sugar, m'sow soup and black pepper, let it sit for a while.
Heat pan with oil then brown garlic and set aside. Follow chicken in the hot oil in pan until golden then add a little bit water and strictly cover, so that to let meat tender.
After that add canned bean,fried garlic and shallot, simmer for about 3-4 minutes, turn off from heat and sprinkle the parsley leave.
